Refund Policy for Non-Delivery Claims:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order is shipped and the tracking information shows that it was delivered. Customers should contact their local post office or carrier for assistance in these cases. If a customer claims they did not receive their order and files a chargeback, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by reaching out to the customer directly. If the customer does not respond, we will submit their lack of communication as evidence to the bank to dispute the chargeback. We will also provide evidence of delivery as additional evidence. If the bank rules in favor of the customer, we will process a refund for the order.
Refunds for Other Reasons:
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
If we suspect that a chargeback is fraudulent or unauthorized, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the customer to recover any lost funds or damages incurred.
